Whereas the M/s. United India Insurance Company

Limited has deposited with this Court a sum of

` 11,69,069 (Rupees Eleven lakhs sixty nine thousand and

sixty nine only) as compensation to be distributed to the

dependents of the deceased Sri Rishad who met with a

fatal accident while employed under M/s. RDS Projects

Ltd. and where as the Assistant Labour Officer,

Chirayinkeezhu reported that,

Kumari Aisha Rishad, Theruvil, Kuzhivilakam,

Perumathurai P. O., Perumathurai––Daughter

are his only dependents as defined under Section 2 (1) (d)

of the Employees’ Compensation Act. Any others who

claim to be the dependents of the deceased should within

15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala

Government Gazette prefer their claim in writing before me

and prove the same. If no such claims are received within

the prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will

be disbursed to the persons mentioned above. Claims

preferred thereafter will not be considered.
