Special Conditions

1.

The manufacturers/authorised dealers are eligible to participate in the tender and necessary documents

are to be produced on demand.

2.

The rates quoted for the work should be inclusive of all taxes, cesses etc.

3.

The work should be inclusive of transportation, handling or any other cost of installation/supply and the firm

has to supply and erect the items at the location as specified by the undersigned.

4.

The bidder should confirm the repair & service facilities, availability of spare parts etc., of the items supplied

by them.

5.

A minimum Guarantee Period of two year is to be assured for the items supplied and AMC for 8 years

thereafter should separately mentioned in Annexure IV.

6.

Authorized test report from competent authority should be attached wherever applicable.

7.

The Director of Agriculture reserves the right to award the full quantity of supply to any one bidder or

distribute the work to different bidders without assigning reasons thereof.

8.

The bidder should give the details of the nearest service centre and response time.

9.

The terms of AMC after 10 years (2 year Grantee Period + 8 year AMC Period) should be mentioned in

Annexure II.

10.

Leaflets/brochures/catalogues of the item describing its features, applications, specifications etc. should be

provided along with the technical bid. A declaration in the prescribed format as per Annexure IV must

be attached with technical bid.

11.

A scanned copy of preliminary agreement (Annexure III) signed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 200 should be

uploaded along with tender documents.

12.

EMD, Cost of tender form + GST etc. should be made as a single payment through online.

13.

The successful tenderer will have to execute an agreement in Stamp Paper worth ` 200 in prescribed form and

manner and also to furnish the required security amount @ 5% of total quoted amount up to in which

minimum 2.5% should be in the form of treasury fixed deposit within 14 days of the receipt of supply order.

14.

The payment shall be released only after satisfying the conditions, qualities and specifications of the items

supplied and its successful installation, commissioning and trial run.

15.

Tenders received incomplete in any respect will be summarily rejected and the decision of the undersigned on

such matters will be final.

16.

The work should be completed within 6 months on receipt of the work order.

17.

Income Tax, GST, KCWWFB contribution, service tax etc. will be deducted in the bill at the rates applicable at

the time of making payment.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The companies supplying the Plastic items should comply with the following conditions. They have to submit the

relevant documents mentioned below along with the tender.

1.

Market standing certificate for the past three years in Kerala.

2.

All offers should be from ready stock in the original packing of the manufacturer.

3.

Firms blacklisted in Kerala State or other States cannot participate in the tender.

4.

Tenderer should not quote for any of the product manufactured and supplied by the firm to the Animal

Husbandry Department if it had failed quality analysis in the first lot supplied (will not apply if the replaced

item had passed the test) in any of the three previous bids. Other wise the next bidder who satisfies the

conditions shall be selected.

5.

Security deposit furnished will be released only after satisfactory completion of the contract.

6.

The rate should be for delivery FOR at the destinations specified in the supply order.

7.

Ex-go down rates and FOR station of despatch rates offered by the firms are not acceptable and such

tenders will be summarily rejected.

8.

The quantities specified in the schedule are only approximate and may vary according to the actual need.

9.

The successful tenderers should complete all supplies within the stipulated time stated in the supply order.

No extension of supply period will be granted.

10.

The non availability or price hike of raw material, transportation problems etc. will not be accepted as reason

for non supply or late supply.

11.

The rates should be quoted in Indian Currency and payment will be made in Indian Currency only.

12.

The Director, IAH&VB, Palode reserves all rights to cancel the tender without assigning any reasons

maintenance contract for the operation, maintenance and

repair of 0.17 MLD Sewage Treatment Plant and allied

pipe lines including the supply of chemicals” from firms

having experience in the field of operation and

maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant and approved by

Kerala State Pollution Control Board.

Tenders should be superscribed as ‘‘Annual

maintenance contract for the operation, maintenance and

repair of 0.17 MLD Sewage Treatment Plant and allied

pipe lines including the supply of chemicals” and

addressed to the Principal, Government Ayurveda

College, Kannur, Pariyaram. Last date of receipt of

sealed tenders to this office is on 18-12-2019 at 3 p. m.

Late tenders will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened

at 3.30 p. m. on 18-12-2019 in the presence of such of the

tenderers or their authorized representatives, who may be

present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application

Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Kannur, Pariyaram

to obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders

should be submitted. Application for the tender form

should be accompanied by a cash remittance of

the forms needed by post. The price fixed for a form/set

of forms is not refundable under any circumstances.

The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender

Postal Order etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of

forms nor will the forms be sent per V. P. P. Duplicate
