Whereas, The Oriental Insurance Company Limited

has deposited with this Court a sum of ` 9,28,506

(Rupees Nine lakh twenty eight thousand five hundred

and six only) as a compensation to be distributed to the

dependents of the deceased Sri Sreekanth, who met with a

fatal accident while employed under Sri Sreedharan Pillai

and whereas the Assistant Labour Officer, Attingal

reported that

Sri. Surendran Pillai, Sree Bhavan, Parayan

Karickakam, Anakudi P. O., Vamanapuram—Father

Smt. Girija Amma, Sree Bhavan, Parayan

Karickakam, Anakudi P. O., Vamanapuram—Mother

are his only dependents as defined under Section 2 (1)

(d) of the Employee’s Compensation Act. Any others who

claim to be the dependents of the deceased should within

15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala

Government Gazette prefer their claims in writing before me

and prove the same. If no such claims are received within

the prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will

be disbursed to the persons mentioned above. Claims
