of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the High Court

of Kerala hereby appoint the person mentioned in

Column (1) of the following Schedule to be Judicial

Magistrate of the First Class to preside over the Gram

Nyayalaya specified against her name in Column (2) from

the date of assuming charge, in respect of the offences

mentioned in Part I, II & III of the First Schedule

attached to the Gram Nyayalayas Act, 2008 and empowers

her to try, in a summary way, all the offences mentioned

in Sub Section (1) of Section 260 of Code of Criminal

Procedure, 1973.
