contract on per kilometre charge basis for "Pakalveedu"

project at Aryanad Grama Panchayat by District Mental

Health Programme, Thiruvananthapuram.

` 10,00,000) :

Original—` 1,000 + VAT (13.5%)

Duplicate—` 600 + VAT (13.5%).

Last date and time of sale of tender—27-1-2020,

(Monday) 3 p. m.

Last date and time of receipts of tender—29-1-2020,

(Wednesday) 3 p. m.

Date and time of opening of tender—30-1-2020,

(Thursday) 11 a. m.

Tender forms will be obtained from the District

Mental Health Programme (DMHP) on payment of

cash during 11 a. m. to 3 p. m.

Tender No. and date should be superscribed on the

envelope and addressed to the Nodal Officer, District

Mental Health Programme, Thiruvananthapuram. Late

tenders will not be accepted. Cost of tender form will not

be returned under any circumstances. Tender should be

accompanied by Earnest Money Deposit in the form of

Demand Draft drawn in favour of "Nodal Officer, District

Mental Health Programme, Thiruvananthapuram", which

should not be less than one percent of the price quoted.

The undersigned has the right to reject any offer without

assigning reason thereof.

Special terms and conditions of the tenders shall be

obtained with the tender form on working days.

Postal orders, Postal Stamps, Bank Drafts, Banker's

Cheques will not accepted towards the cost of tenders.
