As per read 1st above, it was ordered to wound

up the affairs of M/s. Maranalloor Vanitha HWCS Ltd.

No. T 689. Vide read IInd above Sri Syamprasad,

Handloom Inspector, Ooruttambalam circle was appointed

Gaz. No. 5/2020/DTP/(Industries).

as the liquidator, Now he has been transferred from that

office and a new officer has to be appointed as liquidater.

Hence this order.

ORDER

In the circumstances stated above, I, in exercise of

power conferred on me under Section 71(2) of the

KCS Act 1969, do hereby order the winding up of the

affairs of M/s. Maranalloor Vanitha HWCS Ltd. No. T 689

and reauthorized Sri R. Rajesh Kumar, Handloom

Inspector, Ooruttambalam circle as liquidator of the

society. He will take charge of assets and records of the

society immediately and report the date of taking charge.

The Periodical report on the progress of liquidation

will be forwarded promptly.
