Tender forms and other conditions can be obtained

from the office of the undersigned on application in

writing and on payment of the cost of the tender form

and taxes in Cash (not refundable) upto 1. p.m. on

12-2-2020. The filled up tenders will be received in this

office upto 3 p.m on 12-2-2020 and opened by the

undersigned or an Officer authorized by him on the same

day at 3.30 p.m. at the Office of Wildlife Warden,

Thiruvananthapuram in the presence of the contractors

attending on the date. If the due date happens to be a

holiday, the next working day will be the due date.

The tender forms are not transferable. The earnest

money deposit noted against the work should be paid

along with the tenders in form of Demand Draft (Cheque

will not be acceptable) pledged in favour of the

undersigned payable at any Nationalized Bank/Scheduled

Bank. Incomplete tenders and tenders without EMD are

liable to be rejected. The undersigned reserves the right

to rejected any tender without assigning any reasons

thereof. All other conditions prevailing in the Kerala PWD

and Forest Department and modifications there of time to

time are applicable to this tender also. The tenders not

containing the prescribed preliminary agreement in Stamp

Paper worth `- 200 will summarily be rejected. If there is

no response to any of the works included in this

notification, the tender will again be conducted on

19-2-2020 as per the same conditions mentioned above, at

the same time and venue.

It is hereby notified for the information of the public that sealed tenders are invited from the qualified tenderers

for executing the work coming in Achencovil Range as shown in the table below. The tender forms will be issued from

the office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Achencovil up to 1 p. m. on 12-2-2020 on remitting the cost of tender form and

GST. The filled up and sealed tender with sufficient EMD can be submitted up to 2 p. m. on 12-2-2020. The tender will be

conducted at 3.30 p. m. on the same day at the office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Achencovil.

In case the notified date i.e. 12-2-2020 happens to be a public holiday, the tender will be conducted on the next

the public that organic coffee collected from

Thoothampara Estate under this Division will be sold in e-

Auction sale subject to detailed Auction sale conditions

published in Kerala Gazette No. 39 Vol. IV dated 6-10-2015

of Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests

(Vigilance), Thiruvananthapuram, and other rules in force,

as per furnished below. Those who wish to participate

have

to

remit

an

amount

of

` 30,000 as EMD as e-payment before the e-auction

through MSTC Limited. Successful bidders will have to

remit 35% of the bid amount on the e-auction itself

through e-payment. Successful bidders will have to remit

the balance value GST, Forest Development Tax, Income

Tax and such other taxes that are prevailing at the time of

e-auction within the stipulated time limit.

E-auction documents and connected records are

available in the website www.mstcecommerce.com. The

Earnest Money Deposit should be submitted on

e-payment/e-treasury/demand draft/MSTC through the

internet online banking or through NEFT for other banks.

For submission of e-auction visit the website

are to be submitted online only and in the

designated online cover(s)/envelope(s) on the

entertained.

Online e-auction/bids are to be accompanied with
