Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Kitchen

Appliances, Grinder & Mixer Grinder for an amount of

` 2,00,000 under Plan Scheme 2019-20.

The tenders should be superscribed with “Tender

No. 1/2019-20˛Supply of Kitchen Appliances, Grinder &

Mixer Grinder under Plan Scheme 2019-20” and addressed

to “The Warden, Govt. Training College Hostel,

Thalassery-670 101”. Last date for receipt of tender is

20-2-2020 at 3 p. m. Late tenders will not be entertained.

The tenders will be opened on 20-2-2020 at 4 p. m. in

the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized

representatives who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to

“The Warden, Govt. Training College Hostel,

Thalassery- 670 101”, obtain requisite tender forms on

which Tenders should be submitted. The cost of tender

form is ` 400 + 18% GST (i.e. ` 472).

Tender form if required by post should accompanies

by a cash remittance of ` 472 at including postal charges

by money order to the Warden, Govt. Training College

Hostel, Thalassery-670 101. Cost of tender form is not

refundable under any circumstances. Sale of tender forms

will be closed at 2.30 p. m. on all working days. Drafts,

Cheques, Postage Stamps, Postal Orders etc. will not be

accepted towards the cost of tender forms. The tender

form will not be sent by VPP. Tender forms are not

transferrable.

Every tender should be accompanied by an EMD @

1% of the article tendered for. This should be subject to

a minimum of ` 1,500 EMD may be forwarded by way of

DD payable at State Bank of India, Thalassery Branch in

favour of the undersigned. Earnest money in cash should

not be enclosed with the envelop containing the tender.

An agreement executed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth

` 200 is to be submitted along with the tender.

The tenders without EMD and agreement will be rejected.

The tenderers shall also be ready and liable to

supply even a single item shown in their tender on

placing supply order.

The Warden reserves the right to accept or to reject

any or all the tenders without assigning any reason

thereof.

payment confirmation. Kerala Forest Department/

FDA/NIC/SBT shall not be any kind of delay in

Bidders are requested to submit scanned copy of

the following documents preliminary agreement

executed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 200 duly

filled up tender document duly filled up and

signed, certificate showing the technical

qualification and eligibility, Registration Certificate,

EMD Exemption Certificate (if any), OEM

Certificate (if any), and proforma for availing

e-payment by Online. Subsequently the hard copy

of the above documents would be submitted

offline in a sealed cover superscribing the name of

supply article and tender number to the Office of

the Deputy Director (Project Tiger) Periyar East

Division, Thekkady through Speed Post/Registered

Post as prescribed in the time schedule, failing

which such tenders will be rejected. The name and

address of the tenderer should also be written on

the cover.

The bidding authority deserves the right to

modify/cancel, any/all bids without assigning any

reason. The Kerala Forest and Wildlife

Department and Deputy Director, Periyar East

Division, Thekkady will not be responsible for any

error like missing of scheduled data while

downloading by the bidder and non receipt of

documents.

the undersigned at 4 p. m. on 19-2-2020 on the same day

tenders in unavoidable circumstances without stating any

TENDER SCHEDULE

1. Advance payments conditions will not be

considered.

2. Tender forms are neither transferable nor the cost

of it will be refundable under any circumstances.

3. Tenders are to be sent with details and illustrated

pamphlet (wherever necessary) neatly typed.

Manuscripts should be avoided as far as possible.

4. Tenders should be accompanied with a formal
