logged in at the prescribed time of opening. If the date fixed for opening happens to be a holiday or due to net failure

the tenders will opened in the next working day at the same time.

Scanned copy of the Agreement in the prescribed format in Kerala Stamp paper worth ` 200 should be

submitted online and original to the undersigned before the opening of e-tender. The rate should be quoted in Indian

Currency only.

The rules and regulations prescribed for e-tenders by the Govt. of Kerala shall be applicable to this e-tender also.

Special Conditions

•

The basic rate quoted should be inclusive of all charges for supply, installation, trial run, commissioning,

transportation, handling, all taxes etc. but excluding GST. GST has to be quoted separately in GST Column.

The firm has to supply the items at the location specified as per direction from the undersigned.

•

Bidder has to pay the GST portion of tender fee directly to GST Department and submit the chalan along

with the hard copy.

•

The Bidder should specify the make and model of pumpset.

•

The Bidder should submit Authorized Dealership/Distributionship Certificate from Manufacturer.

•

The supplier should confirm the repair and service facilities, availability of spare parts etc. of the items

supplied by them for a period of 5 years. The selected firms should attend the pumpset within 7 days of

registration of complaints.

•

The Executive Engineer (Agri.) Kozhikode reserves the right to award only full quantity of supply to any

other supplier or distribute the supply to different suppliers as per decision of the technical committee

constituted for the purpose.

•

A scanned copy of preliminary agreement signed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 200 should be uploaded

along with tender documents.

•

The successful tender will have to execute an agreement in Stamp Paper worth ` 200 in prescribed form

and manner and also to furnish the required security amount @ 5% of total quoted amount within 14 days

of the receipt of supply order.

•

The payment shall be released only after satisfying the quantity, quality, specifications of the items supplied

and success of the trial run and commissioning of the item supplied and inspection of the technical

committee constituted for the same.

•

Tender received incomplete in respect will be summarily rejected and the decision of the undersigned on

such matters will be final.

•

The supply should be completed within 30 days on receipt of the supply order.

•

Selected firm/manufacturer should complete the constructions if any required at their own risk and cost for

the erection.

•

A minimum warranty period of three years is to be assured for the items supplied.

•

All annexure should be duly filled and uploaded with the tender.

Sealed tenders are invited for the purchase of

equipments and softwares for differently abled persons

for an amount not exceeding ` 4,25,500 in various

departments under the scheme “Barrier Free Campus Plan

2019-2020”.

The envelope containing the tender should be

superscribed “Tender for the purchase of equipments

and softwares for differently abled persons under the

scheme Barrier Free Campus Plan 2019-2020” and

addressed to the Principal, Government College,

Kottayam, Nattakom P.O., Kottayam-686 013. Last date

for the receipt of tender is 28th February 2020 at 2 p. m.

Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be

opened at 3 p. m. on 28th February 2020 in the

presence of such tenderers or their authorized

representatives who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the

Principal, Government College, Nattakom P.O., Kottayam

obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should

be submitted. Application for tender form should be

accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 1,429

(including GST) which is the price fixed for a form and

which is not refundable under any circumstances. Demand

expense. Rates, tax and condition of supply of articles

should clearly be stated separately in respect of each of

them. An Agreement in the prescribed form in Kerala

Government Stamp paper worth ` 200 should be enclosed

with the tender.

The tender should be accompanied by an EMD of

1% (` 4,255) of the total cost of the articles tendered

for, either in cash or crossed bank draft, or TSB deposits

or Government pronote of Bank guarantee or NSL.

Tenders without sufficient EMD will be rejected. EMD

will carry no interest. Firms who are exempted from

EMD should furnish attested copy of exemption orders.
