The tender should be superscribed “Tender

No. XVII/2019-20 “EZ Decapper for Crimpmaster crimping

station” and should be addressed to the Director, Institute

of Animal Health and Veterinary Biologicals, Palode, Pacha

P. O., Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, Pin-695 562. Last date

for the receipt of the tender is 29-2-2020 at 12 Noon. Late

tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened

at 2.30 p.m. on 29-2-2020 in the presence of the tenderers

or their authorised representatives who may present at

that time of opening of tender. PAC will be—` 1,25,000.

Intending tenderers may apply to the Director,

Institute of Animal Health & Veterinary, Biologicals,

Palode, Pacha P. O., Thiruvananthapuram, Pin-695 562, for

Intending tenderers may on application to the

Principal, NMSM Government College, Kalpetta,

Puzhamudi P. O., Wayanad, Kerala, Pin-673 122 to obtain

the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be

submitted. The tender forms are not transferable. The

cost of tender may be remitted either in cash or by

money order. Cheque, Draft, Postal Orders etc. will not be

accepted towards the cost of tender forms. No tender

forms will be sent by VPP. Duplicate tender forms if

required will be issued on payment. An Earnest Money

Deposit of ` 1,500 to be submitted along with each

tender form. If exempted from EMD, certified copies of

the order should be enclosed. The cost of the tender

forms will not be refunded. The tender forms can be had

from the office up to 2 p. m. on working days.

An agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 200

should be submitted along with each tender form. The

rate quoted should be including taxes. All Government

rules prevailing will be applicable to this tender.

Due to any reason, if the tender opening day is declared

as a holiday, the tenders will be opened on the next

working day at the same time. The Principal is

empowered to cancel tender without assigning any reason

thereof. The payment of the articles supplied and

installed will be effected only after it got tested and

certified by experts from competent authority. Rates, Sales

Tax and condition of supply and installation etc. should

be clearly stated in respect of each item. Tenderers should

be specifying the brand name and specification of the

items they intended to supply. The successful tenderer

should also execute an agreement on Stamp Paper worth

` 200 and deposit sum equivalent 5% of the value of the

contract as security deposit for the satisfactory fulfillment

of contract, existing GST rules are applicable. The details

1. Advance payments conditions will not be

considered.
