Intending tenderers may on application to the

undersigned to obtain the requisite tender form on

which tenders are to be submitted. Application for

the tender form should be accompanied by a remittance

of above prices fixed for the same and which is

non-refundable under any circumstances. The tender

forms are not transferable. Cost of tender form is

only acceptable by money order or cash remittance to

this office. As per condition the tenderer should

send along with his tender an agreement executed and

signed in Kerala Stamp paper value of ` 200 and

Earnest Money Deposit 1% of the total cost of articles

tendered. Tenders without agreement, tender form and
