Explanatory Note

(This does not form part of the notification, but it is intended to indicate its general purport)

Section 3 of the Kerala State Right to Service Act, 2012 (18 of 2012) empowers the Heads of Department to

issue notification for the Purpose of implementing the provisions of this Act. Pursuant to that the Director

of Agriculture has decided to notify the services, stipulated time limit for rendering the services,

designated officers, First Appellate Authorityand the Second Appllate Authority.

The notification is intended to achieve the above object
