(5) Mr. Muraleedharan Pillai, F/o Late Prasannan,

Subhabhavanam, Valathungal P. O., Kollam are his only

dependents as defined under Section 2 (1) (d) of the Employees’

Compensation Act. Any others who claim to be the dependents

of the deceased should within 15 days of the publication of this

notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claim in

writing before me and prove the same. If no such claims are

received within the prescribed time the entire amount of

Compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned above.
