Sealed tenders are invited for the Supply of Sports Uniform for an amount of ` 4,00,000 (Rupees

Four Lakhs only) to Govt. College of Physical Education, East Hill, Calicut, Kerala -673 005

under Plan Fund 2023-24.

Tender should be superscribed ‘‘Tender for the Supply of Sports Uniform to the college under

Plan Fund 2023-24’’ and should be addressed to the Principal, Govt. College of Physical Education,

East Hill, Calicut, Kerala-673 005. Last date of receipt of tender will be 2 p.m., 3-1-2024. Late

Tenders will not be accepted. Tender will be opened at 3 p. m. on 3-1-2024 in the presence of such

tenderers or their representatives who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the Prncipal. Govt. College of Physical Education,

East Hill, Calicut, Kerala -673 005 to obtain the requisite tender form on which tenders should be

submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of

Kerala- 673005. The tenderers who are eligible for exemption from payment of EMD/Security Deposit

should enclose a copy of the latest certificate of registration issued by Government of Kerala Store

Purchase Department. Only Bids that qualifies the Technical Evaluation will be accepted for Financial

Bidding. For Technical Evaluation along with the hardcopy, a sample of each uniform material may be

Tender should be superscribed ‘Tender for the Supply of Kitchen Utensils to the College

Hostels under Plan Fund 2023-24’ and should be addressed to the Principal, Govt. College of

Physical Education, East Hill, Calicut, Kerala-673 005. Last date of receipt of tender will be 2 p.m.,

4-1-2024. Late tenders will not be accepted. Tender will be opened at 3 p. m. on 4-1-2024 in the

presence of such tenderers or their representatives who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on aplication to the Prncipal, Govt. College of Physical Education,

East Hill, Calicut, Kerala-673 005 to obtain the requisite tender form on which tenders should be

submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of

` 900 + 18% GST which is the price fixed for a^• tender form and is not refundable under any

circumstances. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 3 p.m. on every working day. The tender

Estimate Amount of ` 2,00,000 (Rupees Two lakhs only) from the reputed firms.

The envelope containing the tenders should be superscribed as “Tender for the supply of

Physics Lab Equipments as per the tender notice No. A2/774/2023 dated 25-11-2023 and addressed

to the Principal, Govt. Arts & Science College, Nadapuram, Vishnumangalam (PO), Kozhikode

(Dist.), Pin-673 506.

The sales of tender forms will be closed 22-12-2023 at 1 p. m. The last date of receipt of

tender is 22-12-2023 at 2 p.m. and will be opened at 3 p.m. on the same day in the presence of

tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time. Tenderer should

submit their tender in the prescribed form which can be had form the undersigned on all working

days from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on cash payment of ` 708 (including G S T ` 108) for original tender

EMD will not be accepted on any account.

Articles quoted should bear Indian standard institution ISI/CE mark. No deviation is allowed in

quoted rates and specification of articles till completion of tender procedures. Articles should be

supplied in the Office of Govt. Arts And Science College, Nadapuram. No transportation, packing

Tenders should be superscribed ‘‘Tender for the supply of Gloves Sterile, Gloves Non Sterile,

Examination Gloves, Bandage cloth, Mask, Cotton Roll’’ addressed to the Superintendent,

Government Ayurveda College Hospital, Kannur, Pariyaram. Last date of receipt of duly filled tender

form is 3 p. m. on 8-1-2024. Late tenders will not be accepted under any circumstances. Tenders

will be opened at 3.30 p. m. on 8-1-2024 in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized

representatives who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the Superintendent, Government Ayurveda College

Hospital, Kannur, Pariyaram to obtain the required tender forms in which tenders should be

submitted. Cost of original tender form is ` 1,300 + 18% GST, and duplicate form is ` 650 + 18% GST.

Those who wish to purchase tender form by post should send additional amount of ` 50 as

Postage charge. The price fixed for a tender form or a set of form is not refundable under any

circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. The sale of tender forms will be started at

10 a.m. on 4-12-2023 and will be closed at 5 p.m. on 7-1-2024. Demand Draft, Cheques, Postal

Order etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms. A preliminary agreement as per

Appendix XVII of Stores Purchase Mannual Rules on Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 200 together with

an EMD of 1%of the total amount quoted by a way of Demand Draft should be attached with the

tender form. The Superintendent, Government Ayurveda College Hospital, Kannur, Pariyaram has the

right to accept or reject the tender. If 8-1-2024 will be declared as a public holiday, the tender

will be opened at 3.30 p.m. on the next working day. Those who wish to purchase tender form by

post shall obtain the forms early to avoid postal delay. Further details can be had from the Hospital

Office during office time.

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Lab Equipment to the Electronics

Department of Government Arts and Science College, Tanur, for total cost of ` 4,15,110 (Rupees

Four Lakh Fifteen Thousand one Hundred and Ten only) under the scheme/head of Physical, Human

and IT infrastructure Upgradation, Development and Maintenance Plan 2023-24, 2202-03-103-47 (P.V.)

The envelope containing the tender should be superscribed as “Tender No. 1/2023-24(P)

Tender for supply of Lab Equipment to the Electronics Department of C.H.M.K.M. Government Arts

and Science College, Tanur, under the scheme of Physical, Human and IT infrastructure Upgradation,

Development and Maintenance ” and addressed to the “Principal, C.H.M.K.M. Government Arts and

Science College, Tanur, K. Puram P. O., Malappuram District, Kerala, Pin- 676307”. The Last date

and time for receipt of filled tender is at 2 p. m. on 21-12-2023. The tenders will be opened at

2.30 p. m. on the same day in the presence of such tenderers/bidders or their authorised

representatives who may be present at that time. Sale of Tender form will be closed on 21-12-2023

at 12.30 p. m. Late tenders will not be accepted at any account.

Intending tenderers may make an application to the Principal to obtain the requisite tender form,

in which tenders should be submitted. The original tender form duly filled and signed only will be

accepted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 831

and GST remittance Receipt for ` 150 which is the price fixed for a tender form and which is not

refundable. Cheques, postal orders and Postal stamps, will not be accepted towards the cost of

tender form and the tender form will not be sent by V. P. P. Those who require tender form

by registered post should sent the cost of tender form ` 881 including postal charges for registered

post by money order and separate GST remittance Receipt for ` 150 is to be attached for the

same (Total Cost of ` 1,031). Every tenderer should execute and agreement in Kerala Stamp paper

worth ` 200 along with the tender. “The articles should be supplied within one month, on receipt of

the purchase/supply order, to this college as at your own expenses’’.

The period of firmness of the rate quoted will be up to 31-3-2024. Rates, GST and condition

of supply of articles should clearly be stated separately in respect of each item.

The tender should be accompanied by an Earnest Money Deposit of 1% (1 percent) of the

total cost in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Principal, C.H.M.K.M. Government

Arts and Science College at SBI, Tanur Branch only. Tenders without sufficient EMD are liable to be

rejected. EMD will not carry any interest. The firm who are exempted from furnishing EMD should

be enclosed the attested copy of exemption orders. More details can be had from the college office

during working days, cash transaction in the office is from 10 a. m. to 2 p. m. on all working

days. The undersigned will have the right to cancel or extend the tender formalities at any time

without further notice.
