Notice is hereby given to all to whom it may be concern that Shafeena Beevi E M ,Kulangara

(H),Koorali, Elangulam Village, Kanjirappally Taluk of Kottayam District has filed an application for a

legal heirship certificate for Various purpose as per rules in respect of the legal heirs of late Muhammed

Rafeek Kulangara (H),Koorali who expired on 07-11-2019 and that it has been reported to this office that

the persons named in the scheduled below are the legal heirs of the said late Muhammed Rafee, that it is

proposed to issue a legal heirship certificate according to this to the applicant . Legalheircertificate No

C2-276/2020 KDis Dated28/04/2020 was issued but at that time wife of late Muhammed Rafeek ,Shafeena

Beevi E M was pregnant and was not reported and hence the name of new born (birth date-4/06/2020)

daughter Ruksana Rafeek was not included in the previously given legalheirship certificate.so they have

applied for including her and an order was given accordingly. Minor(s) is/are under the protection of

Sl.No 1 in the below list. Hence, it is proposed to issue a legal heir ship certificate accordingly in favour

of the above said members for receiving the claims. objections, if any against the issue of the said legal

heirship certificate should be filed in person before the Tahasildar , Kanjirappally within 30 days from the

date of publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette. Belated applications and those sent

by post will not be considered.
