NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (f) of Section 2 and sub-section (1) of

Section 5 of the Kerala Industrial Single Window Clearance Boards and Industrial Township

Area Development Act, 1999 (5 of 2000) the Government of Kerala hereby declare an area of

14.72 Acres of land owned and possessed by V.M.P.S. Food Park & Venture LLP in Pariyaram

Village in Thaliparamba Taluk in Kannur District as specified in Schedule II below to be an

Industrial Area of the State and constitute a Single Window Clearance Board for the said area

to be known as “Kannur V.M.P.S. Food Park & Ventures LLP Single Window Clearance

Board” for the purpose of speedy issue of various licenses, clearances or certificates required

under various State enactments for setting up and running of enterprises with the following

members mentioned in the Schedule I below, namely:—

Secretary to Government, Industries Department);

(b) District Collector, Kannur;

Industrial Estate);

(d) Assistant District Industries Officer, Kannur (Designated Authority where the

Explanatory Note

(This does not form part of the notification, but intended to indicate its general purport.)

As per clause (f) of Section 2 of the Kerala Industrial Single Window Clearance Boards

and Industrial Township Area Development Act, 1999 (5 of 2000), the Government may

declare any area in the State to be an Industrial Area and constitute the Single Window

Clearance Board for the said area as per sub-section (1) of Section 5 of the said Act.

Accordingly, the Government have decided to declare an area of 14.72 Acres of land owned

and possessed by V.M.P.S. Food Park & Ventures LLP in Pariyaram Village in Thaliparamba

Taluk in Kannur District to be an Industrial Area of the State and to constitute “Kannur

V.M.P.S. Food Park & Ventures LLP Single Window Clearance Board” for the said area.

The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
