Sub:—High Court—Christmas Holidays, 2023-Nomination of Vacation Judges—Reg.

(2) High Court Notification No. DII-9-138333/2022(1), dated 20-10-2023.
The High Court of Kerala will remain closed for Christmas Holidays, 2023 from 23-12-2023
(Saturday) to 1-1-2024 (Monday) (both days inclusive) as per the notifications cited above. The
Vacation Court sitting during Christmas Holidays shall be held on 26-12-2023 (Tuesday) and
29-12-2023 (Friday).
Under Section 8 of Kerala High Court Act, 1958, the Honourable the Chief Justice is pleased
to nominate the following Honourable Judges as Vacation Judges for hearing all urgent matters which
are required to be immediately or promptly dealt with during Christmas Holidays:

Unless otherwise directed by the Vacation Judge/Bench, no matter shall be sent to the Judge/
Bench on the same day of its filing.
