amended as per Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No. 818 dated 06/03/2023 (G.O(P) No.
75/2023/RD dated 06/03/2023), Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No. 2095 dated 22/06/2023
(G.O(P) No. 153/2023/RD dated 20/06/2023) in respect of the land specified in the schedule

AND WHEREAS, the appropriate Government is satisfied after considering the report
made by the Collector under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Right to Fair Compensation
and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, that the
land specified in the schedule below has to be acquired for a public purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, the appropriate Government hereby declares under Section 19
of the Act, that the land specified in the Schedule below and measuring 2.0755 Hectares to
be the same, a little more or less, is needed for a public purpose, to wit for the construction
of Varkala Bypass and direct the Special Tahsildar, L.A,General Thiruvananthapuram to take
order for the acquisition of the land.
A plan of the land is kept in the Office of the Special Tahsildar, L.A,General
Thiruvananthapuram and may be inspected at any time during office hours.

പുനരധമിവന്യാസതമിനനും പുനനഃസന്യാപനതമിനമുള്ള അവകന്യാശ ആകക്ട് 15-ാന്യാനും വകുപക്ട് (1)- ാന്യാനും ഉപവകുപക്ട്
പ്രകന്യാരനും സലെലമടുപക്ട് ആഫദ്ധീസർ തയന്യാറന്യാക്കമിയ റമികപന്യാർടക്ട് പരമിഗണമിച്ചക്ട് സമുചമിത സർക്കന്യാരമിനക്ട്
കബന്യാധനലപടതമിനന്യാലനും ;
ഇകപന്യാള്‍ അതമിനന്യാല്‍ പ്രസ്തുത നമിയമതമിലന്റെ 19-ാന്യാനും വകുപക്ട് പ്രകന്യാരനും തന്യാലഴെ പടമികയമില്‍
വമിവരമിച്ചമിട്ടുള്ളതുനും ഏകകദേശനും 2.0755 ലഹകർ അലല്ലെങമില്‍ അതമില്‍ അല്‍പനും കൂടുതകലെന്യാ കുറകവന്യാ,
വമിസദ്ധീർണനും വരുന്നതുമന്യായ ഭൂമമി ഒരു ലപന്യാതു ആവശനതമിനക്ട്, അതന്യായതക്ട് വർക്കലെ ബബപന്യാസക്ട്
നമിർമന്യാണതമിനക്ട് ആശനമുലണ്ടന്നക്ട് സമുചമിത സർക്കന്യാർ ഇതമിനന്യാല്‍ പ്രഖനന്യാപമിക്കുകയനും, പ്രസ്തുത ഭൂമമി ലപന്യാനനും
വമിലെലക്കടുക്കുന്നതമിനക്ട് ലസ്പെഷനല്‍ തഹസമില്‍ദേന്യാർ, എല്‍.എ, ജനറല്‍, തമിരുവനന്തപുരനും എന്നയന്യാകളന്യാടക്ട്
നമിർകദ്ദേശമിക്കുകയനും ലചയ്യുന.
