1. Free chance is for a test and not for the individual papers of a test.

2. Exemption from the payment of examination fee will be allowed for the test required

for probation and promotion to a higher post coming in the line of promotion in the

Department concerned.

3. When the candidate himself is the Head of Office, he must obtain the

countersignature of his/her Superior Officer.

Instructions

ii) Head of Office means the Drawing and disbursing Officer or any other Superior Officer.

iii) The candidate should produce the original and self attested copy of disability

certificate, original identity proof to prove identity and admission ticket at the time of

verification prior to viva-voce. No candidate will be permitted to attend the test if he fails to

produce these 3 documents prior the Viva voce test.

iv) The candidate should sign or put thumb impression against his/her name in the

verification sheet at the time of verification.

v) The candidate should verify the name of Test for which he/she is admitted for the

viva-voce and ensure that it is correct.

vi) This is not an interview but an oral test (Viva Voce) Petitions or requests for provisional

admission will not be entertained under any circumstances.
