relates to the location of Muzhakkunnu Police Station, the Government of Kerala hereby
declare that the building bearing No. 349F, Ward No. XIV in Muzhakkunnu Grama
Panchayath situated in Re survey No. 87/218, 87/217 of Muzhakkunnu Village in Iritty
Taluk of Kannur District shall be a Police Station known as “Muzhakkunnu Police Station”.

Explanatory Note
(This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate its general
purport.)
A new building has been constructed for housing Muzhakkunnu Police Station.
Government have decided to shift Muzhakkunnu Police Station to the newly constructed
building bearing No. 349F, Ward No. XIV in Muzhakkunnu Grama Panchayath situated in
Re survey No. 87/218, 87/217 of Muzhakkunnu Village in Iritty Taluk of Kannur District.
The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
