October, 2016, the Government of Kerala hereby appoint Shri K.P.Jabbar.,

Advocate, Kaithavana, Mukundapuram P.O., Chavara, Kollam District as

Special Public Prosecutor for the conduct of prosecution in Crime

No.711/2016 of Paravur Police Station (Crime No. 66/CB/KLM/2016 of

Crime Branch, Kollam) on payment of fees prescribed in item 10 of rule 32

of the Kerala Government Law Officers (Appointment and Conditions of

Service) and Conduct of Cases Rules, 1978.

Explanatory Note

Government considers it necessary to appoint Shri K.P.Jabbar.,

Advocate, Kaithavana, Mukundapuram P.O., Chavara, Kollam District, as

Special Public Prosecutor for the conduct of prosecution in Crime

No.711/2016 of Paravur Police Station (Crime No. 66/CB/KLM/2016 of Crime Branch,

Kollam),

present

Special

Prosecutor,

Shri

Parippally R. Raveendran has passed away on 23rd June, 2024.

The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
