GOVERNMENT OF KERALA

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 68 of the

Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (Central Act of 59 of 1988), the Government of Kerala hereby

appoint Shri B. Nibudas, SKNRA 84, Sreekrishna Nagar, Jagathy, Thycaud P.O.,

Thiruvananthapuram – 695014 as a Member of the State Transport Authority in the place of

Shri M.Alikkoya, Madathil Veedu, Kakkodi P.O., Kozhikode – 673 611 and consequently

make the following amendment to the notification issued under G.O.(P) No.3/2002/Tran.

dated 14^th January, 2002 published as S.R.O. No.38/2002 in the Kerala Gazette

Transport (B) Department
