It is hereby notified for the general information of the public that the Acacia
auriculiformis butt ends (above 70 cm girth) collected from 2012 Chellamkode, Acacia
auriculiformis Plantation, of Pathanapuram Range of Punalur Forest Division are sold
through e-auction shown in schedule below through MSTC (www.mstcecommerce.com)
subject to the terms and conditions notified in Government Gazettee No. 29/25.12.12 and
as per Pro(5)26274/12 dtd 11.12.2012 Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests
(Protection) Thiruvananthapuram and G.O.(Rt) No.141/2021/F&WLD dtd 6.05.2021 of
Kerala Forest Department, Pro(4)29243/13 Dated 21.08.14 of Additional Principal Chief

.Those who wish to participate may remit an amount of Rs. 20000/- as EMD before e-
auction through MSTC limited. EMD can be remitted through e-treasury till 5
p.m on the previous day of the auction. The buyer registration number
has to be mentioned while paying the EMD. For the benefit of the
bidders who are not well versed with online transactions, Divisional
Forest Officer, Punalur will accept EMD in the form of Demand Draft
payable at any Nationalized Bank drawn in favour of Divisional Forest
Officer, Punlur concerned, as was done in the old system, till 2 p.m on
the previous day of auction Successful bidders will have to remit 35% of the bid
amount on the e-auction date itself through e –payment. Successful bidders will have to
remit the balance value ,GST,FDT,IT and other taxes prevailing at the time of e-auction
within the stipulated time limit.
