Explanatory Note
(This does not form part of the notification but is intended to indicate its general purport.)
As per notification issued under G.O.(P) No.58/2023/LBR. dated 30th July, 2023 and
published as S.R.O.No.829/2023 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No.2550 dated 1st August, 2023,
the Government have re-constituted the State Advisory Contract Labour Board. It has been noticed
that some clerical mistakes have been crept in the said notification. Now, the Government have
decided to rectify the clerical errors in the said notification through an Errata.
The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
