Notice is hereby given to all to whom it may be concern that Ajitha Ratheesh, Chempakasseril
(H),Karinilam P O, ErumeliThekku , ErumeliThekku Village, Kanjirappally Taluk of Kottayam District has
filed an application for a legal heirship certificate for Various purpose as per rules in respect of the legal
heirs of late Radha Ramanan ,Poovathusseril (H),Panapilavu who expired on 30-07-2017 and that it has
been reported to this office that the persons named in the scheduled below are the legal heirs of the said
late Radha Ramanan. that it is proposed to issue a legal heirship certificate according to this to the
applicant . Parents of late Radha Ramanan has already expired.her husband P V Ramanan expired on
23/10/2018.Divya Santhosh who is a legal heir is the wife of late santhosh kumar P R who expired on
13/10/2021 ,the son of deceased. Hence, it is proposed to issue a legal heir ship certificate accordingly in
favour of the above said members for receiving the claims. objections, if any against the issue of the said
legal heirship certificate should be filed in person before the Tahasildar , Kanjirappally within 30 days
from the date of publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette. Belated applications and
those sent by post will not be considered.
