Notice is hereby given to all to whom it may be concern that Mohammed Sheleel, Shelly Cottage,
Kizhakkekara, Muvattupuzha P O, Ernakulam Pin-686661, Muvattupuzha Village, Moovattupuzha Taluk
of Ernakulam District has filed an application of a legal heirship certificate to produce before various
purposes in respect of the legal heirs of his father late M M Mohammed Shaphi, Shelly Cottage,
Kizhakkekara, Muvattupuzha P O, Ernakulam Pin-686661 who expired on 03-05-2024 and that it has been
reported to this office that the persons named in the scheduled below are the legal heirs of the said late
M M Mohammed Shaphi. that it is proposed to issue a legal heirship certificate according to this to the
applicant . Hence, it is proposed to issue a legal heir ship certificate accordingly in favour of the above
said members for receiving the claims. objections, if any against the issue of the said legal heirship
certificate should be filed in person before the Tahasildar , Moovattupuzha within 30 days from the date
of publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette. Belated applications and those sent by
post will not be considered.
