Read:—(1) Section 19(2) of the Kerala Civil Courts Act, 1957.
(2) High Court Notification No. DII-9-138333/2022(2) dated 20-10-2023.
(3) High Court Official Memorandum of even number dated 7-1l-2024 & 11-12-2024.
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 19 (2) of the Kerala Civil Courts Act, 1957,
the High Court of Kerala hereby nominates the following District Judges and Additional District Judges
to exercise the powers conferred by the said section, during the Christmas Holidays in the year 2024,
from 23rd December 2024 (Monday) to 3rd January 2025 (Friday) (both days inclusive).
