NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (8) of section 18 of the Bharatiya

Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Central Act 46 of 2023) read with sub-rules (2), (3) and (4) of

rule 11 of the Kerala Government Law Officers (Appointment and Conditions of Service) and

Conduct of Cases Rules, 1978, the Government of Kerala hereby appoint Shri Abdussamad

K.K., Advocate, Roll No. K/1085/2003, Kurikkal Plaza, Kacheripadi, Manjeri P.O.,

Malappuram-676 121 as Special Public Prosecutor for the conduct of prosecution in Crime

No.196/2024 of Vazhakkad Police Station, Malappuram District on payment of fees prescribed

Explanatory Note

(This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate its general

purport.)

Government considers it necessary to appoint Shri Abdussamad K.K., Advocate, Roll

No. K/1085/2003, Kurikkal Plaza, Kacheripadi, Manjeri P.O., Malappuram-676 121, who is

having the requisite qualification as Special Public Prosecutor for the conduct of prosecution in

Crime No.196/2024 of Vazhakkad Police Station, Malappuram District on payment of fees

prescribed in item 10 of rule 32 of the Kerala Government Law Officers (Appointment and

Conditions of Service) and Conduct of Cases Rules, 1978.

The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
