University, as per the Section 28(3) of Kannur University Act 1996, it is hereby notified that

Election will be held according to the principle of proportional representation by means of a

single transferable vote and in accordance with the procedure laid down in Chapter XLVI of

KANNUR UNIVERSITY

PM on any working day before the last date and hour fixed.
