NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 3 and 5 of the Kerala Lok Ayukta Act,

1999 (Act 8 of 1999), the Governor of Kerala is pleased to appoint Mr. Justice Ashok Menon,

Retired Judge, High Court of Kerala as the Upa Lok Ayukta, till he completes the age of

seventy years and Justice Shircy V., Retired Judge, High Court of Kerala as the Upa Lok

Ayukta, for a term of five years from the date on which she enters upon her office.
