WHEREAS, Shri S.Sudarsanan, Advocate, Roll No. K/794/1993, Sivapadmam,

Peechingaparambu Road, Edappally P.O., Pin 682 024 has been appointed as Special Public Prosecutor

for the conduct of prosecution in Crime Nos. 1035/2013, 1036/2013, and 427/2016 of Mulavukadu

Police Station and Crime No. 606/2012 of Ernakulam Town North Police Station on payment of fees

prescribed in item 10 of rule 32 of the Kerala Government Law Officers (Appointment and Conditions

AND WHEREAS, Government have decided to entrust him with the conduct of prosecution

also in Crime Nos.882/09, 865/11 and 41/14 of Mulavukadu Police station;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (8) of section 18 of

the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Central Act 46 of 2023)  read with sub-rules (2), (3)

and (4) of rule 11 of the Kerala Government Law Officers (Appointment and Conditions of Service)

and Conduct of Cases Rules, 1978, the Government of Kerala hereby appoint Shri S.Sudarsanan,

Advocate,  Roll No. K/794/1993, Sivapadmam, Peechingaparambu Road, Edappally P.O., Pin 682

024 as Special Public Prosecutor for the conduct of prosecution in Crime Nos. 882/2009, 865/2011,

and 41/2014 of Mulavukadu Police Station on payment of fees prescribed in item 10 of rule 32 of the

Kerala Government Law Officers (Appointment and Conditions of Service) and Conduct of Cases

Rules, 1978.

Government considers it necessary to appoint Shri S.Sudarsanan, Advocate, Roll No.

K/794/1993, Sivapadmam, Pecchingaparambu Road, Edappally.P.O, Pin 682 024 as Special Public

Prosecutor for the conduct of prosecution in Crime Nos. 882/09, 865/11, and 41/14 of Mulavukadu

Police Station on payment of fees prescribed in item 10 of rule 32 of the Kerala Government Law

Officers (Appointment and Conditions of Service) and Conduct of Cases Rules, 1978

The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
