NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of

the Kerala Agricultural Workers Act, 1974 (18 of 1974) read with rule 5 of

the Kerala Agricultural Workers Rules, 1975 and sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph 3 of the

Kerala Agricultural Workers’ Welfare Fund Scheme, 1990, the Government of Kerala

hereby reconstitute the Kerala Agricultural Workers’ Welfare Fund Board by nominating

the members mentioned in the schedule below, namely:-

appoint Sri. N. Chandran, Chaithram, Mavilayi P.O., Kannur - 670 622, as the Chairman

of the Kerala Agricultural Workers' Welfare Fund Board.

Explanatory Note

(This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate its general

purport.)

The term of office of the members of the Kerala Agricultural Workers’ Welfare

Fund Board re-constituted as per notification issued under G.O.(P) No. 70/2022/LBR

dated 7th July, 2022 and published as S.R.O. No. 674/2022 in the Kerala Gazette

Extraordinary No. 2288 dated 8th July, 2022 has expired on 6th July, 2025. Hence, the

Government have decided to reconstitute the said Board with effect from the date of

publication of this notification in the Gazette.

The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
