member (Technical) of the Kerala State Housing Board nominated as per notification issued

under G.O.(Ms.)No.13/2022/Hsg. Dated 26^th September, 2022 and published as S.R.O.

No.919/2022 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No. 3307 dated 27^th September, 2022 expired

on 25^th September, 2025;

AND WHEREAS, Government have decided to re-nominate Sri. V.

Unnikrishnan, Surabhi, B.N.76, Microwave Lane, Bapuji Nagar, Pongummoodu,

Thiruvananthapuram-695011 as non-official member (Technical) of the Kerala State Housing

Board for a second term.

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of powers conferred by clause (c) of section 4,

5 and 6 of the Kerala State Housing Board Act, 1971 (19 of 1971) the Government of Kerala

hereby re-nominate Sri. V. Unnikrishnan, Surabhi, B.N.76, Microwave Lane, Bapuji Nagar,

Pongummoodu, Thiruvananthapuram-695011 as non-official member (Technical) in the Kerala

State Housing Board on the expiry of his term and make consequential amendment to the

notification issued under G.O.(Ms.) No.4/2022/Hsg. dated 26^th February, 2022 and published as

S.R.O. No. 179/2022 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No.649 dated 28^th February, 2022.

The term of office of Sri. V. Unnikrishnan, Surabhi, B.N.76, Microwave Lane, Bapuji

Nagar, Pongummoodu, Thiruvananthapuram-695011 as a non-official member (Technical) in

the Kerala State Housing Board who has been nominated as per notification issued under G.O.

(Ms.) No.13/2022/Hsg. dated 26^th September, 2022 and published as S.R.O. No.919/2022 in

the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No.3307 dated 27^th Septemeber, 2022 expired on 25^th

September, 2025. Government have decided to re-nominate him as non-official member

(Technical) in the Kerala State Housing Board for a period of three years and to make

consequential amendment to the notification issued under G.O. (Ms.) No.4/2022/Hsg. Dated

26^th February, 2022 in Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No.649 dated 28^th February, 2022.

This notification is intended to achieve the above object.
