NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section(1) and (2) of section 3 of the Kerala

Survey and Boundaries Act, 1961 (37 of 1961), the Government of Kerala hereby appoint the Assistant

Director (Re-survey), Thrissur to be the Survey Officer for conducting survey and demarcation of the

area adjacent to coastal land situated outside the cadastral survey on the eastern side of the Arabian Sea

and western side of the Survey Numbers 1, 2, and 360 of Manathala Village, Survey Numbers 31, 32,

Explanatory Note

(This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate its general purport.)

The area adjacent to coastal land situated outside the cadastral survey on the eastern side of the

Arabian Sea and on the western side of Manathala, Punnayur and Edakkazhiyur Villages in Chavakkad

Taluk of Thrissur District is unsurveyed. As this area is to be included in the Village records, a Survey

Officer is to be appointed under section 3 of the Kerala Survey and Boundaries Act, 1961 (37 of 1961).

The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
