പദ്ധതഴി

1. ചെകുരകുകകപരകുന പപക്കാരനഭേവകുന.- (1) ഈ പദ്ധതവിയള്ള്കള്ള് 2025-ലലെ കകേരള കേളള്ള് വവ്യവസക്കായ ലതക്കാഴവിലെക്കാളവി

കക്ഷേമനവിധവി (കഭേദഗതവി) പദ്ധതവി എന്നള്ള് കപരള്ള് പറയക്കാന.

(2) ഇതള്ള് ഉടന്‍ പപക്കാബലെവ്യതവില്‍ വരകുന്നതക്കാണള്ള് .

2. പദ്ധതവിയകുലട കഭേദഗതവി

.- 1969-ലലെ കകേരള കേളള്ള് വവ്യവസക്കായ ലതക്കാഴവിലെക്കാളവി കക്ഷേമനവിധവി പദ്ധതവിയവില്‍,-

(1) 33(എ) -ാക്കാന ഖണവികേയവില്‍,

നവിലെവവിലലെ വവ്യവസ്ഥയള്ള്കള്ള് മകുമ്പക്കായവി

(1)-ാക്കാന ഉപഖണവികേയള്ള് കശേഷന തക്കാലഴ പറയകുന്ന

അനകുവദവികക്കാവകുന്നതക്കാണള്ള് :

എന്നക്കാല്‍, ഒരകു ലതക്കാഴവിലെക്കാളവിയള്ള്കള്ള് അപപകേക്കാരമകുള പകുന:പപകവശേനന സർവവീസവില്‍ ഒരകു

തവണ മക്കാപതകമ അനകുവദവിയള്ള്കകുവക്കാന്‍ പക്കാടകുളകു.”

(2) 60-ാക്കാന ഖണവികേയവിലലെ (1)-ാക്കാന ഉപഖണവികേയവിലലെ (ഇ) ഇനതവില്‍ ഖണവികേയവിലലെ "മറള്ള്

ഏലതങവിലെകുന നവിയമപപകേക്കാരന” എന്ന വക്കാകകുകേളകള്ള് പകേരന "മകറലതങവിലെകുന നവിയമപപകേക്കാരകമക്കാ അലലങവില്‍

കരക്കാഗന മസൂലെമലക്കാലത സസ്വയന പവിരവിയകുകേകയക്കാ അലലങവില്‍ മറകു കേക്കാരണങ്ങളക്കാകലെക്കാ” എന്ന വക്കാകകുകേള

കചെർകകണതക്കാണള്ള് .

കേളള്ള് വവ്യവസക്കായന നവിലെനവിന്നള്ള് കപക്കാകേകുന്നതവിനള്ള് ലചെതള്ള് ലതക്കാഴവിലെവികലെയള്ള്കള്ള് ആളകുകേലള ആകേർഷവികകണതകുണള്ള് .

ലചെതകുലതക്കാഴവിലെവില്‍ നവിന്നകുന സസ്വയകമക്കാ മറള്ള് കേക്കാരണങ്ങളക്കാകലെക്കാ പവിരവിഞകുകപക്കായ

ലതക്കാഴവിലെക്കാളവികേലള ലതക്കാഴവിലെവില്‍ പകുന:പപകവശേവിപവികകുന്നതവിനക്കായവി 1969-ലലെ കകേരള കേളള്ള് വവ്യവസക്കായ ലതക്കാഴവിലെക്കാളവി

കക്ഷേമനവിധവി പദ്ധതവിയവില്‍ അനകുകയക്കാജവ്യമക്കായ കഭേദഗതവി വരകുതകുവക്കാന്‍ സർകക്കാർ തവീരകുമക്കാനവിചകു.

കമല്‍പറഞ ലെക്ഷേവ്യന നവിറകവറകുന്നതവിനള്ള് ഉകദ്ദേശേവിചകുലകേക്കാണകുളതക്കാണള്ള് ഈ വവിജക്കാപനന.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Kerala Toddy

Workers' Welfare Fund Act, 1969 ( 22 of 1969), the Government of Kerala, hereby make the

following scheme further to amend the Kerala Toddy Workers' Welfare Fund Scheme,1969,

namely:-

SCHEME

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This scheme may be called the Kerala Toddy

Workers' Welfare Fund (Amendment) Scheme, 2025.

(2) It shall come into force at once.

2. Amendment of Scheme.- In the Kerala Toddy Workers' Welfare Fund Scheme, 1969,-

(1) in paragraph 33A,-

(i) before the existing provision the bracket and figure "(1)" Shall be inserted;

(ii) after sub-paragraph (1) so numbered, the following sub-paragraph shall be added,

namely:-

"(2) Except as provided in sub-paragraph (1), a member below the age of 55 years leaves

from the employment voluntary or relieves for other reasons before superannuation, if he desires

re-entry in the employment, may be allowed re-entry as a member and grant registration:

Provided that such re-entry of a member shall be allowed only once in the service."

(2) in item (E) of paragraph (1) of paragraph 60, after the words, "any other law" the words

"or voluntary leaves or for other reasons, other than illness" shall be inserted.

As the toddy tapping sector is facing crisis due to the lack of interest of the young

generation to enter the traditional toddy tapping, in order to sustain the toddy industry, it is

necessary to attract people to the toddy tapping. Hence, the Government have decided to make

suitable amendment in the Kerala Toddy Workers' Welfare Fund Scheme, 1969, for readmitting the

employee who have left toddy tapping voluntarily or by other reasons.

The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
