required under the Kerala Stamp Act 1959, read with the subrule (8) of rule 5 of the Kerala Stamp

(Fixation of Fair Value of land) Rules, 1995, the fair value of the land in Block No.10, Resurvey No.

83/6, 83/7-1 of Madappally Village in Changanassery Taluk of Kottayam District is hereby fixed
