Sealed tenders are invited for the purchase of Sports Equipment for Physical Education
Department of Govt. College for Women Under Plan Fund 2025-26.
Total Estimate—` 1,26,680.
The envelopes containing the tender should bear the superscription “Tender for the supply of
Sports Equipment to Physical Education Department under Plan Scheme 2025-26 ” and should be
addressed to the Principal, Government College for Women, Vazhuthacaud, Thiruvananthapuram-14.
Last date for the receipt of tenders will be 12 Noon on 13-1-2026. Late tenders will not be
accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p. m. on 13-1-2026 in the presence of the tenderers or
their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers may, on application to the Principal, Govt, College for Women,
Vazhuthacaud, Thiruvananthapuram obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be
submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 600
+ 18% GST. (GST amount of the tender form ` 115 should be remitted on reverse charge mode by
registered taxpayer and the printout of the chalan should be submitted to office) which is price fixed
for a form/set of forms and which is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are
not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 12.30 p. m. on 12-1-2026. Cheques, postage
stamps, etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms, nor will the forms be sent per V. P. P.
Duplicate tender forms, if required will be issued at ` 300 + GST per copy.
The Earnest Money Deposit @ 1% of the total amount tendered for subject to a minimum of
` 1,500 should be accompanied by Demand Draft in favour of the Principal, Government College for
Women, Thiruvananthapuram or fixed deposit receipts. The tenderers who are eligible for exemption
from payment of EMD/Security Deposit should enclose a copy of the latest Certificate in support of
the name issued by Government of Kerala Store Purchase Department. Otherwise the tender will
be summarily rejected. The right to accept or reject the tender without assigning any reason thereof
is vested with the undersigned. Total tendered amount must be specified clearly in the tender.
N.B.:—The price to be quoted in the tender must be inclusive of all taxes.

7. Earnest Money Deposits (One Percentage) of the total cost of the articles quoted for, can
be remitted by way of Crossed Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Principal,
Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram.
8. Firms will be exempted from furnishing Earnest Money Deposit if they had produced the
duly attested copies of relevant certificate along with their tenders.
9. Tenders unsealed, unsigned or submitted without superscription as specified are
liable to be rejected.
10. Tenders submitted with insufficient Earnest Money Deposit will not be entertained.
11. Belated tenders will not be considered under any circumstances.
12. For Medicines, Consumables, Disposables and Materials, samples should be submitted along

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the “Supply of Sports items to Physical Education
Department, Govt. Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram” for the year 2025-26.
The envelopes containing the tender should bear the superscription “Supply of Sports items to
Physical Education Department, Govt. Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram” addressed to the
Principal, Govt. Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram. The last date of the receipt of tenders will
be at 3 p. m. on 16-1-2026. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened on
16-1-2026, at 3.30 p. m. in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives, who may
be present at that time.
Estimated Cost of items to be supplied—` 3,30,000.
Earnest Money Deposit—` 3,300.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Govt. Ayurveda
College, Thiruvananthapuram to obtain the requisite tender forms on which
tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied
by cash remittance of ` 700 [Original GST 18% Chalan for ` 126 (SGST-63 &
CGST- 63 included] should be submitted for obtaining tender form, which is the price fixed for a form

accepted towards the cost of forms. Those who wish to purchase tender forms by post shall send an

required will be issued at ` 826 (CGST & SGST 9% each for to a total of 18%).
Intending tenderers should submit an amount of 1% of the estimated amount as Earnest Money
