Notice is hereby given to all to whom it may be concern that MOHAMED MUFEED PALAKKATHOTTY
Palakkathotty, 676106, Ponmundam, Tirur, Malappuram, Ponmundam Village, Tirur Taluk of
Malappuram District has filed an application of a legal heirship certificate to produce before State
Purpose in respect of the legal heirs of late MOHAMED MUSTHAFA PALAKKATHOTTI Palakkathotty
House, Vailathur, Ponmundam Post who expired on 07-07-2022 and that it has been reported to this
office that the persons named in the scheduled below are the legal heirs of the said late MOHAMED
MUSTHAFA PALAKKATHOTTI. that it is proposed to issue a legal heirship certificate according to this to
the applicant . Father not alive Hence, it is proposed to issue a legal heir ship certificate accordingly in
favour of the above said members for receiving the claims. objections, if any against the issue of the said
legal heirship certificate should be filed in person before the Tahasildar , Tirur within 30 days from the
date of publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette. Belated applications and those sent
by post will not be considered.
