DECLARATION UNDER SECTION 19(1) OF THE ACT

No. C11-1035/23

3^rd January, 2026.

WHEREAS, under sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and

Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, Notification in

Kerala Extra Ordinary Gazette No.2100 dated 04.06.2025 in respect of the land specified in the

schedule below has been published;

AND WHEREAS, the appropriate Government is satisfied after considering the report

made by the Collector under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Right to Fair Compensation and

Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, that the land

specified in the schedule below has to be acquired for a public purpose;

NOW, THEREFORE, the Appropriate Government hereby declares under Section 19(1) of

the Act, that the land specified in the Schedule below and measuring 0.0782 hectares to be the

same, a little more or less, is needed for a public purpose to construct Kathrukadavu Wet Well

Pumping Station of IURWTS Project and direct the Special Tahsildar (L.A.) No.2, Kochi Metro

Rail Project, Kakkanad to take order for the acquisition of the land;

A plan of the land is kept in the Office of the Special Tahsildar (L.A.) No.2, Kochi Metro

Rail Project, Kakkanad and may be inspected at any time during office hours.
