െമെഡിക്കൽ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിെന്റ സാകയെപ്പടുത്തിയ പകേർപ്പ് അേപകേയാെടൊപ്പം അയച്ചു

തേരണ്ടതാണ്.

അേപകാ േഫാറത്തിെന്റ മൊതൃകേയ്ക്ക് അനുബന്ധം “C” േനാക്കുകേ.

നിരക്കിലാണ്. ഈ അടെിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ഒരു െടെസ്റ്റിന് എത്ര േപപ്പറുകേൾ ഉദ്യണ്ട് എന്

കേണക്കാക്കി

തെന അേപകേയാെടൊപ്പം അയേയ്ക്കണ്ടതുമൊകുന. സംസ്ഥാനത്തിനു പുറത്തുള്ള

െടെസ്റ്റുകേൾക്കും G.O.(MS)166/76/PD dated 4-6-1976 അനുസരിച്ച് ജീവനക്കാർക്ക്

അതാത് ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്െമെന്റിെല ഉദ്യേദ്യാഗക്കയറ്റങ്ങൾക്ക് (Line of promotion) ഉദ്യള്ള

തസ്തികേകേളിേലയ്ക്ക് ആവശേയമൊയ വകുപ്പുതല പരീകകേൾക്കും അേപകകേരിൽ നിന്

ഫീസ് ഈടൊക്കുനതല്ല (Free Chance).

ഈ സൗജനയം ഓേരാ െടെസ്റ്റിെന

സംബന്ധച്ചിടെേത്താളവും ഒരാൾക്ക് ഒനിൽ കൂടുതൽ തവണ ലഭിക്കുനതല്ല. (G.O.

(MS)26/76/PD dated 25-1-1976).

രണ്ടാമെെത്ത തവണ മുതൽ ഫീസ്

ഈടൊക്കുനതാണ്. ഒരു പരീകയ്ക്ക് അേപകിക്കുകേയും ആയതിന് ഫീസ് സൗജനയം

(free chance) അനുവദ്ിക്കുകേയും എനാൽ ഏതെതങ്കിലും കോരണവശോൽ പരീകയിൽ

പെങ്കടുക്കാതിരിക്കുകേയും െചയ്തതാൽ അതും ഫീസ് സൗജനയം അനുവദ്ിക്കെപ്പട്ടിട്ടൂള്ള

തവണയായി കേണക്കാക്കെപ്പടുനതാണ്. ഫീസ് സൗജനയം അനുവദ്ിക്കെപ്പട്ടിട്ടുള്ളത്
