സംബന്ധിച്ച് 2013-ലെ ഭൂമി ഏറ്റെടുക്കലിൽ ന്യായമായ

നഷ്ടപരിഹാരത്തിനും സുതാര്യതയ്ക്കും, പുനരധിവാസത്തിനും പുനഃസ്ഥാപനത്തിനുമുള്ള അവകാശ ആക്ട് വകുപ്പ്

11 ഉപവകുപ്പ് (1) പ്രകാരമുള്ള വിജ്ഞാപനം 26-03-2024 തീയതിയിലെ

1151 നമ്പർ, വാല്യം 13 അസാധാരണ

ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ളതിനാലും;

ഇപ്പപ്പോൾ അതിനാൽ പ്രസ്തുത നിയമത്തിന്റെ

വകുപ്പ് (19) പ്രകാരം താഴെ പട്ടികയിൽ വിവരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതും

,DECLARATION UNDER SECTION 19 OF THE RIGHT TO FAIR COMPENSATION AND TRANSPARENCY IN LAND

ACQUISITION,REHABILITATION AND RESETTLEMENT ACT & RULES 2013

No. G2/12378/2022 3rd January, 2026

WHEREAS, under sub section (1) of section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in

Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 at Extraordinary Gazette No.1151 Vol.13 dated

26-03-24 in respect of the land specified in the schedule below has been published.

AND WHEREAS, the Appropriate Government is satisfied after considering the report made by the

collector under sub-section(1) of section 15 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land

Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, that the land specified in the schedule below has to be

acquired for a public purpose;

NOW, THEREFORE, the appropriate Government hereby declares under section 19 of the Act, that the land

specified in the schedule below and measuring hectares in chingoli Village to be the same, a little more or less,

is needed for public purpose, to fit for the land acquisition for construction of development of road leading to

harippad fire station and direct the Special Tahsildar, L.A Unit, General, Alappuzha to take order for the

acquisition of the land.

A plan of the land is kept in the office of the Special Tahsildar, L.A Unit ( General), Alappuzha and may

be inspected at any time during office hours.
