GOVERNMENT OF KERALA
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred with, the Government of Kerala here by make rules
for recruitment to the posts mentioned below in the Kerala State Drugs and Pharmaceuticals
Limited that are brought under the purview of Kerala Public Service Commission as per
Clause 2(i) of G. O. (Ms.) No. 148/81/GAD dated 7-5-1981.
1. Short title.—These rules may be called The Kerala State Drugs and Pharmaceuticals
Limited Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2025.
2. Category of Posts and Qualification and Method of Recruitment.—No person shall
be eligible for appointment to the category of posts mentioned below unless he/she possess
the qualification prescribed in the corresponding entry thereof:

Explanatory Note
(This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate its general
purport.)
The posts such as Junior Assistant, Senior Assistant, Cashier, Senior Accountant, Senior
Store Keeper, Driver in Kerala State Drugs and Pharmaceuticals Limited are under the
purview of Kerala Public Service Commission. Kerala State Drugs and Pharmaceuticals
Limited furnished proposal for framing Recruitment (Amendment) Rules for the said posts.
Government as per G.O. (Ms.) No. 29/15/P&ARD dated 19-11-2015, re-designated the post
of Driver as Driver-cum-Office Attendant and the eligibility criterion for the post of
Driver-cum-Office Attendant is issued vide G. O. (Ms.) No. 14/2017/Plg. dated 20-3-2017.
Government consider it expedient to frame the Recruitment (Amendment) Rules for the above
said posts.
The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
