Rules, 1978, the Government of Kerala hereby appoint Shri C.K.Sajeev, Advocate, Roll No.

K/226/1992, M/s. G J K Associates, Banerjee road, Ernakulam District, as Special Public Prosecutor

for the conduct of prosecution in Crime No.1435/2019 of Alappuzha North Police Station in Alappuzha

District on payment of fees prescribed in item 10 of rule 32 of the Kerala Government Law Officers

(Appointment and Conditions of Service) and Conduct of Cases Rules, 1978.

Explanatory Note

(This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate its general purport.)

  Government considers it necessary to appoint Shri C.K.Sajeev, Advocate, Roll No.

K/226/1992, M/s. G J K Associates, Banerjee road, Ernakulam District, who is having the requisite

qualification, as Special Public Prosecutor for the conduct of prosecution in Crime No.1435/2019 of

Alappuzha North Police Station in Alappuzha District on payment of fees prescribed in item 10 of rule

32 of the Kerala Government Law Officers (Appointment and Conditions of Service) and Conduct of

Cases Rules, 1978.

    The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
