Explanatory Note

 

(This does not form part of the errata, but is intended to indicate its general purport.)

In the order issued under G.O.(P)No. 12/2025/DD dated 2^nd May, 2025 and published as

S.R.O.No. 523/2025 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No.1672, dated 5^th May, 2025, in 5^th paragraph

and in the explanatory note mistakes have crept in. Hence the Government have decided to rectify the

mistakes crept in the order.

The errata is intended to achieve the above object.
