Committees in the Central Prisons & Correctional Homes, Open Prisons & Correctional

Homes, Women Prisons & Correctional Homes, Women Open Prisons & Correctional

Homes and the High Security Prison were reconstituted. Accordingly, Adv. T. Sarath

Chandra Prasad was appointed as a Non-Official Member of the Jail Advisory

Committee of the Open Prison & Correctional Home, Nettukaltheri.

2. As per the letter read as 2nd paper above, Adv. T. Sarath Chandra Prasad has

tendered his resignation as a member of the Jail Advisory Committee.

3. Government have examined the matter in detail. The resignation of Adv. T.

Sarath Chandra Prasad is accepted and Shri D. Anil Kumar (TC 93/2306, Kalpakassery

Veedu, Pettah P.O., Thiruvananthapuram) is hereby appointed as the Non-Official

Member of the Jail Advisory Committee of the Open Prison & Correctional Home,

Nettukaltheri, in place of Adv. T. Sarath Chandra Prasad.

4. The Government Order read as 1st paper above stands modified to the above

extent.
