In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (8) of section 18 of the Bharatiya Nagarik
Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Central Act 46 of 2023) read with sub-rules (2), (3) and (4) of rule 11 of the
Kerala Government Law Officers (Appointment and Conditions of Service) and Conduct of Cases

Government considers it necessary to appoint Shri G. Mohan Raj, Advocate, Roll No.
K606/1994, 'Karthika', Thevally, Kollam - 691009, who is having the requisite qualification, as Special
Public Prosecutor for the conduct of prosecution in Crime No.198/2026 of Sakthikulangara Police
Station, Kollam District on payment of fees prescribed in item 10 of rule 32 of the Kerala Government
Law Officers (Appointment and Conditions of Service) and Conduct of Cases Rules, 1978.
The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
