Whereas it is expedient to publish the Fair Value of land as required under section 28A of

the Kerala Stamp Act, 1959 read with Rule 4 of the Kerala S tamp (fixation of fair value of land)

Rules 1995, the fair value of the land in Survey No. 89/1-3 of Marakkara Village, Tirur Taluk of

the Malappuram District is hereby fixed as shown in the schedule thereto as on 01.04.2010
