Whereas it is expedient to publish the Fair Value of land as required under section 28A of

the Kerala Stamp Act, 1959 read with Rule 4 of the Kerala Stamp (fixation of fair value of land)

Rules 1995, the fair value and classification of the land in Block No. 40, in Survey No. 97/9-1

and 97/9-3 of Kottakkal Village, Tirur Taluk of the Malappuram District is hereby fixed as

shown in the schedule thereto as on 01.04.2010
