In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 12(1) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita,
2023 the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kottayam, do hereby redefine the area shown in Col. II of the
schedule within which the Judicial Magistrate of the First Class-II, Kottayam and Judicial Magistrate
of the First Class-I, Ettumanoor may exercise all the powers provided by law or any powers with which
He/She has been invested by the Hon’ble High Court of Kerala.
This order will take effect from 1-9-2026.
