Sub:- Select List for Promotion to the post of Assistant Director of Agriculture for the year 2023 – Revision of
Select List – Revised Orders Issued.
Read:- 1) G.O. (P) No.13/2023/AGRI dated 06/08/2023.
2) Minutes of the Adhoc Departmental Promotion Committee (Lower) dated 26/03/2026
3) Goverment Letter No. AGRI-EA1/65/2026-AGRI. Dated 12/06/2026
4) Order No. ADFW/1152/2026-SB2 Dated.18/07/2026
ORDER
As per the Government Order read as first paper above, the Select List of Officers eligible for promotion to
the post of Assistant Director of Agriculture in the Agriculture Development and Farmers Welfare Department for
the year 2023 was approved by Government.
Subsequently based on the decision of the Ad hoc Departmental Promotion Committee ( Lower) held on
26/03/2026, the Select list was revised and the revision was approved by Government vide the letter read as third
paper above.
As per the reference read 4th above, the Select list of officers eligible for promotion to the post of Assistant
Director of Agriculture for the year 2023 was revised by including Smt. Riya Joseph as Sl. No. 33(A) between Sl.
No. 33 – Smt. Simmi C. K. and Sl. No. 34 – Smt. Hani Gangadharan. But Smt.Rekha C. R., included as Sl. No.96 in
the select list as per reference read 1st above, was excluded due to the clerical mistake.
Under the above circumstances, the Select list of officers eligible for promotion to the post of Assistant
Director of Agriculture for the year 2023 is here by revised by including Smt.Riya Joseph as Sl. No. 33(A) between
Sl. No. 33 – Smt.Simmi C. K. and Sl. No. 34 – Smt.Hani Gangadharan and by including Smt.Rekha C. R. as Sl.
No. 96.
